In October 2019, we organised the 1st Nordic Biochar Conference at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
We are glad there were so many interactions between researchers and practitioners. We realised that, indeed, there is a large and rapidly growing interest for biochar in the Nordic countries. There is demand for meeting and sharing, crossing boundaries between countries; between research and practice; and also between scientific disciplines.
